April Curtis

April Curtis is a massage therapist with nearly two decades of experience, combining hands-on expertise with a deep passion for movement and body awareness. A professionally trained dancer from childhood through adulthood, she developed an early appreciation for the way bodies move, and express. Her dedication to Olympic weightlifting further expanded her knowledge of biomechanics and functional movement.

Having experienced six pregnancies, April possesses an intimate, firsthand understanding of the pelvic floor—how it functions, adapts, and recovers through life’s changes. Her personal knowledge and professional expertise, combined with and fueled by an endless curiosity for all things body and physiology-related, allows April to take an inside-out approach to sex positivity, and somatic awareness, helping people develop a deeper, more empowered connection to their bodies.

She is trauma-informed and experienced in supporting those navigating trauma triggers related to sex and the body, providing informed, compassionate support grounded in both science and lived experience that’s designed to guide others toward strength, safety, and confidence in their own bodies.
